Location: Office 704, 7th Floor, Kohistan Tower, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:
Office Coordination:
Manage the daily operations of our office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Client Communication:
Interact with clients through Upwork and other communication channels.
Assist in responding to client inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships.
Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain an organized calendar for efficient scheduling.
Upwork Support:
Provide support in managing Upwork profiles, proposals, and client interactions.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and project documentation.
Qualifications:
Must have 6 months to 12 months experience as an Virtual/Administrative Assistant.
Similar experience in Upwork and CRM software will be required.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
