The Role

Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group is seeking an Admin Coordinator to support the JECO Project team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating Learning & Development (KTP) activities, managing training logistics and documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

• Maintain training records, schedules, and related documentation.

• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and document control.

• Track learning outcomes, feedback, and competency assessments.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–3 years’ experience in administration or coordination, preferably in L&D or HR.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

• Basic knowledge of LMS or project management is an advantage.
