Admin Coordinator ( Female ) – Real Estate Brokerage

Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist agents, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office administrative activities and maintain documentation.
  • Support the sales and leasing teams with listings, contracts, and reports.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and other real estate documents.
  • Maintain accurate property and client records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and internal schedules.
  • Liaise with developers, landlords, and clients for paperwork follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or coordination (preferred).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple agents.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
