Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admin cum Front Office Executive to manage our front office operations, handle enquiries, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, administrative ability, and a sales orientation to meet admission targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Greet and attend to visitors; manage the front office area and reception
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries promptly
- Follow up with leads, counsel prospective students, and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate student and enquiry databases and documentation
- Achieve a target of minimum 10 new admissions per month
- Coordinate with trainers, staff, and parents during the admission process
- Verify and collect documents, process admission forms, and ensure completeness
- Prepare reports on enquiry status, admissions conversion, and performance metrics
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (filing, scheduling, data entry)
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in front office, customer service, sales, admissions, or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office, email, spreadsheets
- Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
