Job Title: Admin cum Personal Assistant (Male Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin cum Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage front-office administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities: Personal Assistant to CEO:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Prepare minutes, reports, and required documentation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism

Administrative / Front Office Role:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front office
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents
  • Oversee courier handling, stationary, and office supplies
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Male candidates preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in Administrative or PA roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle pressure
