Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, filing, documentation, and stationary records.
- Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain attendance, visitor records, and basic HR administrative support.
- Arrange office supplies, housekeeping supervision, and general office upkeep.
Dispatch & Logistics Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transport agencies for timely deliveries.
- Monitor order packing, labelling, and dispatch as per schedule.
- Track shipments and update customers or internal teams.
- Maintain dispatch registers, stock reports, and daily MIS.
- Manage inward and outward stock movement in coordination with warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in admin, dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations.
- Attention to detail and systematic working approach.
