Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, filing, documentation, and stationary records.
  • Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors and internal departments.
  • Maintain attendance, visitor records, and basic HR administrative support.
  • Arrange office supplies, housekeeping supervision, and general office upkeep.

Dispatch & Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and transport agencies for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor order packing, labelling, and dispatch as per schedule.
  • Track shipments and update customers or internal teams.
  • Maintain dispatch registers, stock reports, and daily MIS.
  • Manage inward and outward stock movement in coordination with warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin, dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations.
  • Attention to detail and systematic working approach.

Schedule: Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
