We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin & Facilities Executive to support daily office operations and ensure smooth facility management. The ideal candidate should have basic maintenance knowledge and strong administrative skills to coordinate repairs, vendors, and general office activities.


Facilities Management

  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, routine checks, and general office upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office premises to identify and address facility-related issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, and service providers for specialized repair or maintenance work.
  • Assist with office setup, movement of equipment/furniture, and maintaining workplace safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage facility-related supplies and tools.

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, paperwork, and record keeping.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place purchase orders as required.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, and other office support services.
  • Support the HR/Admin/Operations team in daily office activities and employee requests.
  • Maintain basic reports, checklists, and logs related to facilities and administration.
