Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, travel, courier, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office assets, AMC contracts, and ensure smooth facility management.
  • Handle GeM Portal – upload/update products, pricing, and documentation.
  • Identify and participate in government tenders, prepare bids, and track submissions.
  • Coordinate dispatch of Robokidz kits, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and compliance as per GeM norms.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly admin & expense reports.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Sheets) for automation, reports, and communication.

Skills Required

  • Office admin & vendor management
  • GeM portal handling & tender submission
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Good command over MS Office & Google Workspace
  • Familiar with AI/digital tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, etc.)
  • Attention to detail & time management

Preferred:

Experience working with government clients, PSUs, or GeM tenders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
