Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, travel, courier, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office assets, AMC contracts, and ensure smooth facility management.
- Handle GeM Portal – upload/update products, pricing, and documentation.
- Identify and participate in government tenders, prepare bids, and track submissions.
- Coordinate dispatch of Robokidz kits, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and compliance as per GeM norms.
- Prepare weekly/monthly admin & expense reports.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Sheets) for automation, reports, and communication.
Skills Required
- Office admin & vendor management
- GeM portal handling & tender submission
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good command over MS Office & Google Workspace
- Familiar with AI/digital tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, etc.)
- Attention to detail & time management
Preferred:
Experience working with government clients, PSUs, or GeM tenders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
