Admin Manager
Location: Group Headquarters / Multiple Sites
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (flexible)

Role Overview:
The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative and facility management activities across the group's various properties and business units. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with labor and safety laws, and smooth functioning of support services. The Admin Manager will work closely with HR, finance, and operations departments to deliver seamless administrative support under budget considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office management, facilities, security, and vendor relations across multiple sites.

Develop and enforce policies and procedures that optimize administrative efficiency and compliance.

Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

Lead vendor negotiations and contracts to maintain cost-effective service delivery.

Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms.

Supervise administrative staff and support teams, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.

Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as needed for license renewals, inspections, and audits.

Support event management and corporate initiatives requiring administrative coordination.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in administration, ideally in diverse industries including real estate and manufacturing.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance.

Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
