We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and activities
  • Manage office operations, records, and documentation efficiently
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
  • Oversee scheduling, meetings, and communication flow
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Handle vendor management, office supplies, and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

· Master’s degree (MSC or MA English Literature)

· 3–5 years of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
