- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized customer and service records, update client information, and manage invoices.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, manage company policies, and ensure the team follows all necessary protocols.
- Inventory: Monitor and manage the stock of pesticides, equipment, and other supplies.

- Lead generation: Implement strategies to attract new customers, such as optimizing the company website for local search, managing Google Business Profiles, and running online advertising campaigns.
- Content and social media: Create and distribute content to educate customers and build brand authority. Engage with the target audience on social media platforms.
- Reputation management: Encourage and monitor online reviews to build customer trust and credibility.
- Sales support: Assist in sales efforts by communicating the value of services and recommending products.
- Marketing analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to understand what is working and make data-driven decisions.
