Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer manages daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative, clerical, and support functions. They handle correspondence, maintain records, manage supplies, support HR and finance activities, and assist management with coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and correspondence.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance and onboarding.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, travel, and office events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
