  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
  • Oversee housekeeping, office cleanliness, and security arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Manage logistics for staff travel, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative matters such as attendance, payroll documentation, and employee requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Monitor utility bills, rent, and other administrative expenses and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.
  • Supervise office support staff (drivers, office boys, cleaners, etc.) and ensure discipline and efficiency.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of office assets and supplies.
