We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to manage daily office operations, ensure smooth workflows, and support a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Oversee inventory, office equipment, and repair & maintenance.

Procurement

  • Procure office supplies, stationery, and required services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2–3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanour and strong ethical standards.

Shift: Morning ( 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Salary Range: 40K – 50K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
