Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Arabic Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, organize documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Update property listings, CRM entries, and internal records.
  • Schedule meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for paperwork and approvals.
  • Prepare simple marketing materials or Arabic content when needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for client and property documents.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); good English skills.
  • Previous admin experience; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
