We’re Hiring – Admin (Real Estate Experience) in Oman
Location: Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate – Muscat Branch
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is expanding and seeking an experienced, proactive Admin with Real Estate experience to join our Muscat team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate operations team.
  • Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal departments.
  • Manage office tasks, including scheduling, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing property viewings and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Oman real estate procedures (Qatar/GCC experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
