The Admin/Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in achieving business goals by managing sales operations, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role involves preparing quotations and proposals, handling order processing, maintaining CRM data, and providing administrative and logistical support to the sales and technical teams. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with a good understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders for IT products and services.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and client databases in CRM systems.

2. Client & Vendor Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Support relationship-building efforts by scheduling meetings, demos, and client visits.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage documentation for proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activities.
  • Support compliance with internal sales policies and documentation standards.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records of all sales transactions and communications.
  • Assist in planning sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate post-sales follow-up with service teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
