Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree (mandatory)
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts or administrative operations
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing & financial documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, billing, receipts, and expense records
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports, statements, and documentation
  • Handle office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, and data management
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth office functioning and task updates
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and petty cash transactions
  • Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, purchase records, and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee documentation
  • Support management in report generation, account tracking, and audit requirements
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and maintain communication logs professionally
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
