Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree (mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts or administrative operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing & financial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, billing, receipts, and expense records
- Assist in preparation of financial reports, statements, and documentation
- Handle office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, and data management
- Coordinate with departments for smooth office functioning and task updates
- Manage vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and petty cash transactions
- Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, purchase records, and bank reconciliation
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee documentation
- Support management in report generation, account tracking, and audit requirements
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and maintain communication logs professionally
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
