ASSISTANT

Position:  Assistant (Sales & Operations)

Reports to:  Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Location:  Obour City

Objective: Support sales and operations with administrative, coordination, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth project flow and client communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
  • Update CRM and track project progress.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between departments (sales, design, production).
  • Handle data entry, reports, and internal communication.
  • Support document filing and invoicing.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
