ADMINISTRATION & MAINTENANCE OFFICER (for Male & Karachi residents only)

For a well reputed Not-for-Profit Organization (NPO) in Korangi required an energetic, hardworking and honest Admin cum Maintenance Officer with following credentials:

With strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, office building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.

Ex-Forces personnel are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification:

Graduate (preferably diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) Civil but not mandatory)

Working Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years

Age Limit: 35to 50 years

Transport: Must own it (a bike)

Areas of Responsibilities to look after following:

I. Electrical related Functions & Works

II. Mechanical related functions & work

III. Carpentry works

IV. Furniture & Fixtures related task

V. Paint & Polishing related works

VI. Plumbing / Sanitary Works

VII. Civil works / Building, Grounds (play grounds, plantations & agriculture) repairs & maintenance related works

VIII. New Civil Projects, if any

IX. Liaison with Vendors & Service Contractors

X. Supervision of Plumber, Maintenance Supervisor, Electrician etc

Responsible to supervise the following administrative functions:

i. Logistics / Transport Management (internal and contractual)

ii. Overall Security Control & Surveillance (deployed internal and contractual security personnel across the entire area and surroundings, ensuring constant supervision and monitoring. Maintained close liaison and coordination with law enforcement agencies to promptly resolve any incidents or mishaps.

iii. Housekeeping Supervision

iv. Generators Maintenance

v. Deployed Solar System Maintenance

The salary will be competitive and negotiable, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Preference will be given to the residents of Korangi, Landhi, Sherpao, Port Qasim, Malir, Quaidabad and other adjacent areas.
