Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to manage all office-related administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,
including travel coordination, office supply management, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic ravel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries

Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

Maintain organized records of administrative documents, vendor contracts, and travel expenses

Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking for administrative expenses

Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal events

Oversee office maintenance and liaise with facility management for repairs or upgrades.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with travel booking platforms and office management tools.
