Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to manage all office-related administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,

including travel coordination, office supply management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic ravel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Maintain organized records of administrative documents, vendor contracts, and travel expenses
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking for administrative expenses
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal events
  • Oversee office maintenance and liaise with facility management for repairs or upgrades.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
