We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support HR and finance with administrative requirements when needed
  • Assist in procurement, vendor management, and office supplies
  • Maintain records, reports, and confidential documents
  • Provide general support to employees and management


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of UAE office procedures and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
