Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial accounting, including bookkeeping, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle VAT filing, tax compliance, and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely entries, accuracy of transactions, and proper financial record-keeping.

Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Coordinate between departments to support operational needs and project requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements in operational procedures.

Administration:

  • Manage general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, handle correspondence, and support management with daily administrative tasks.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve client issues effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers.
