Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to support executive leadership through reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to develop clear reports that assist in strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update management reports using advanced Excel tools.
  • Develop tracking tools such as dashboards, performance indicators, and data summaries.
  • Analyze information and highlight key trends, findings, and opportunities.
  • Support basic data visualization and reporting through Power BI when required.
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive-level documentation.
  • Maintain organized and secure digital and physical records.
  • Monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Office Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, charts, data analysis).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting executive teams preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
