The Builders Box, a design-forward company based in Dubai, UAE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and help keep the office running smoothly.

Job Purpose: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone to start their administrative career in a professional and supportive environment. The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling, communication, document management, and general office tasks while building valuable skills and contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff—handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone, email, and in person.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents such as memos, reports, and correspondence. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies. Place orders, track deliveries, and manage vendor relationships for general supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including printing, copying, scanning, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. Assist in small-scale event planning or team projects when required.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to company privacy standards.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Department Head

Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years’ related admin experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
