Our Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Riyadh office as an Administrative Assistant at a pioneering Agentic Process Automation company. Nationality Requirement: Saudi National

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

You'll exceed your targets and be successful by:

• Provide general administrative support to the Riyadh office.
• Set up and manage office facilities, including but not limited to handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, calls, and stocking supplies, to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Coordinate expense reimbursement processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and gain exposure to the sales process including business development activities with support.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills in sales and operations.
• Participate in fostering a collaborative environment for the local team.
• Other responsibilities as required from time to time.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Nationality: Saudi national (requirement for this role).
• A proactive, helpful attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some experience in office management or administrative support is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.
