We're looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in:

  • Administrative duties.
  • Online Sales.
  • Customer Service.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Keep track of account receivables.
  • Load new products for sale on platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, Let Go, among others.
  • Book and keep track of customer's appointments.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Filing and storing purchase and sales documents.
  • Feed information to our Administrative system, like purchases, sales and inventory.
  • Social media and content generation knowledge.

Skills:

  • Work under pressure.
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish).
  • Knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Amazon Seller, Quickbooks, Microsoft temas, Zoom, among others.
  • Schedule keeping capability.
  • Highly organized,

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include handling clerical tasks, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining organized filing systems. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish will enhance communication and service delivery. With your organizational skills and experience in administrative roles, you will contribute to a productive work environment, helping the team achieve its goals while providing excellent customer support.
