About the Role:


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support our team with administrative coordination, data management, and account operations. This role focuses heavily on maintaining organized workflows, managing documentation, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


You’ll collaborate with internal teams, support account leads, and help streamline reporting, presentations, and communication across departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and update reports, trackers, and performance summaries using Excel and Google Sheets.


Create and edit presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for internal meetings.


Conduct basic data analysis to support business insights and decision-making.


Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.


Support the account management team in administrative and operational tasks.


Maintain accurate records of communication and deliverables.


Collaborate with finance or operations teams for billing, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.


Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, operational, or account management support roles.


Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.


Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.


Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reports.


Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
