Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to assist our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, team management, and event planning to support our organizational goals effectively. As well as billing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in office operations, including scheduling, checking fax, and emails, etc.
  • Assist in billing to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist Office manager coordinate event planning activities, including meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives for staff members to promote skill advancement.

Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Familiarity with billing is a must.
  • Ability to manage schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management with the ability to motivate staff members.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
