About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to work directly with the owner of a high-end steakhouse, yacht brokerage, and marine school. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage diverse business interests, and brings both administrative precision and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications for the owner across multiple businesses.
- Handle confidential correspondence, contracts, and operational documents.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics between Florida, Mississippi, Maryland and partner locations.
- Assist with marketing and communications, including social media management and AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.).
- Conduct research and reporting related to hospitality, marine operations, and business development.
- Oversee vendor coordination, client communications, and project timelines.
- Support day-to-day operations across restaurant, brokerage, and school divisions.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative or executive assistant experience (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools (automation, transcription, or CRM systems).
- Experience managing social media and content creation is highly valued.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Florida and occasionally out of state.
- Discretion, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
- Marine industry or yachting experience is a strong plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
