Administrative Assistant

Role Summary
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, coordinate documentation, and assist with sales-related tasks. Prior experience in a tech company is not mandatory, but strong organizational skills and familiarity with sales and ERP processes are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day tasks assigned by the General Manager and provide assistance as required.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Support sales activities by preparing and processing Purchase Orders (PO), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and related documents.
- Assist in tender submissions by compiling required documents, formatting files, and ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain and update information in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic dashboards using MS Excel.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to follow up on pending actions.
- Manage routine office communication, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous admin or sales support experience is preferred; tech industry background is not mandatory.
- Understanding of PO/RFQ processes and tender documentation.
- Experience using ERP software for documentation and reporting.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formatting, etc.).
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
