Administrative Assistant
Overview:
CBRE GWS KSA is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office's filing system, including both digital and physical files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Assist with invoicing and financial-related tasks
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in coordinating and organizing events and meetings
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing processes is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 48 hours per week
- Office-based role in Saudi Arabia
- Occasional overtime may be required
