Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant (Marketing Support Specialist) to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This position offers an exciting blend of administrative responsibilities and creative marketing work — perfect for someone who enjoys supporting daily operations while helping build our brand presence.
As the company grows, this role has strong potential to expand into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with project coordination, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Support internal communications and help maintain organized workflows.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.

Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Assist with creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Help develop marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics, preparing regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the company website or blog with fresh and relevant content.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM database management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Express).
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with basic graphic design or video editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website management (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.).
  • Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms).
