Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to help anchor our new Seattle office. This role is at the heart of a small but growing team — the person who keeps things running, creates a welcoming environment, and helps translate ideas into action.

The right candidate is resourceful, flexible, and collaborative — someone who thrives in a start-up environment where processes are still being shaped. You’ll work closely with our HR Team (based in CA) and the wider Administrative team across the West Coast, offering feedback and ideas to improve how we operate.

We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, cares about people, and wants to help a mission-driven team do their best work every day.

About Justice Law Corporation

Justice Law Corporation is a boutique plaintiffs’ employment law firm founded in 2013. We represent workers across California and Washington in wage theft and labor rights cases — championing fairness and dignity in the workplace. Our team thrives on curiosity, commitment, and compassion, with a firm-wide mission to deliver real impact and systemic change.

We’re not just litigating cases; we’re building a movement. Guided by our Vivid Vision, we’re on track to achieve $1 billion in recoveries for workers by 2030 — and we’re looking for teammates who share our drive to make justice tangible.

Are you ready to help make it happen?

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate day-to-day operations — support a smooth, warm, and professional experience for our Seattle office.
  • Coordinate deliveries and building access — serve as our point of contact for Unico’s property management, including freight elevator scheduling, vendor visits, and supply deliveries.
  • Maintain organization — keep shared spaces tidy, manage supplies, track expenses, and support document filing (both digital and physical).
  • Be the connector — help keep communication flowing between Seattle and Pasadena teams, sharing updates, ideas, and improvements.
  • Support HR and onboarding — prepare new-hire materials, assist with scheduling and event coordination, and help implement employee programs.
  • Contribute to culture — help plan team gatherings, celebrate milestones, and support Justice Cares community initiatives.
  • Pitch in where needed — every day looks a little different here, and that’s part of the fun.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of administrative, customer service, or operations experience (law firm experience a plus but not required).
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment — you adapt quickly and find or create solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine, team-first attitude.
  • A facilitator’s mindset — you anticipate needs and help make things easier for others.
  • Attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in building something new.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and floating holidays
  • Opportunities to grow with a mission-driven team
