Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support

Screen candidates through Job platforms and schedule interviews with Hiring
Managers

Assist with posting job openings and maintaining the applicant tracking
system

Prepare interview materials and track candidate progress from Interview
assessment form (IAF).
Administrative Duties
-
Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate communication.

Organize and maintain recruitment documents and onboarding files.
Reporting & Compliance
-
Generate basic recruitment reports and metrics.
-
Help ensure candidate files and processes meet compliance standards.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
-
1-2 years of administrative experience; HR or recruitment experience is an
asset.
-
Fresher UAE Nationals.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
