Job Overview:
Al Ruwad Real Estate is seeking a highly professional and experienced Exclusive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high-priority role requiring full dedication, discretion, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market. The role involves managing all aspects of the CEO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless operations and representation of the CEO in all official matters when required.

Budget for this role - upto AED 8000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and exclusive events related to CEO’s personal deals withing Alruwad.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, VIP client meetings, and corporate events.
  • Handle communication and follow-ups with investors, tenants, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Review, prepare, and track all documents (EOI’s, unit bookings, SPA’s, tenancy documents, contracts, addendums, and legal forms)
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, AML and other relevant Dubai real estate regulations.
  • Attend meetings and viewings with or on behalf of the CEO when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and report directly under CEO’s supervision.
  • Manage and update CRM efficiently for all relevant activities.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, reports, and important documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy contracts, forms, addendums, and RERA/DLD regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Languages: Arabic (Advanced), English (Advanced); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Highly presentable, structured, punctual, and professional.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and multitask effectively.
  • Expert in CRM software and administrative tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
