  • Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keep records and reports up to date.
  • Handle technical issues in their area of expertise.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  • Data entry & Document controller, Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Their transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. They type in customers' information and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.
  • Important data entry skills required
  • Proficient In Typing.
  • Knowledge Of Basic Software. Especially skillful in MS Excel
  • Communication Skills- Verbal And Written.
  • Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
  • Operating Knowledge Of Standard Office Equipment.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills.
  • Basic Research and Collection Of Data Skills.
  • Basic Human Resource Management knowledge for HR data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Extremely Skillful in using MS Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Admin & Data Entry. Basic Human Resource Knowledge: 1 year (Required)
