Equipment and Tools Solution (ETS Rentals & Repair) is a trusted equipment rental and repair company located in the heart of Miami. We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant / Purchasing Associate to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will support daily administrative operations, customer service, and purchasing. (We are willing to train!)

MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Support inside sales and telemarketing efforts
  • Maintain and organize customer records and invoices
  • Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
✅ 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, basic data entry)
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Available for immediate hire
