Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare legal packages for attorneys
  • Prepare payment plans
  • Research homeowner ledger history to resolve various issues
  • Facilitate manager requests regarding delinquent accounts
  • Collaborate with attorneys on collections, provide ledgers, add legal fees
  • Monitor and update tracking worksheet for each delinquent homeowner account
  • Continuous follow up on items in progress until completion
  • Monthly audits of pre-liens and billing charges
  • Respond to requests from across the organization sent to the Delinquency email box
  • Monitor and maintain association collection policies
  • Process checks received for delinquent accounts
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Aptitude for working with numbers
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
  • Ability to work on location
  • Time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
