JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our clinic’s daily operations while helping grow our presence both online and within the community. This role blends front-desk duties with marketing support, community outreach, and relationship-building to expand our patient base and promote our online programs.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Welcome patients warmly in person and over the phone; provide clear information about clinic services and billing procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage the clinic calendar.
  • Answer clinic phones, emails, and general inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Set up and clean treatment rooms after each patient.
  • Maintain the lobby, front desk, and work areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with implementing marketing strategies for the clinic in the community and online.
  • Support SEO optimization efforts for the clinic website.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and monitor relevant social media trends.
  • Support the generation of content ideas aligned with the clinic’s mission and brand voice.
  • Represent the clinic at local events, health fairs, and community gatherings.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and potential referral partners.
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in the community.
  • Support small in-clinic events and patient appreciation activities.
  • Support marketing duties as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Electronic Medical Recirds Software and project management tools
  • Typing speed of 50 to 70 words per minute (WPM) with a high degree of accuracy (at least 95%)
  • Experience managing social media accounts and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn.
  • Certifications in administrative assistant qualifications, project management, or digital marketing are a plus
  • Experience in wellness, and healthcare a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize various administrative tasks
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Able to quickly and proficiently understand new information

COMPENSATION

Estimated Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on:

  • Marketing or outreach experience
  • Social media/content creation skills
  • Administrative background
  • Ability to represent the clinic professionally in the community

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
