Temporary Administrator. Bolton. Immediate start. 2 months

An experienced Administrator is required to support the office during a busy period. Your duties will be varied and will include;

  • Answering calls - taking messages and diverting to the correct person
  • Reception duties - meeting and greeting visitors, making refreshments
  • Maintaining the upkeep of office filing and databases
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Responding to emails
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring online diaries are up to date

To be successful, you will have strong Administration skills, be highly organised and have excellent communication skills, and be free to start immediately
