1. Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations (calls, emails, documentation, scheduling).
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and office supplies.
- Assist management in coordinating meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth office operations and maintain professional communication channels.
2. Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
- Maintain and update client and lead databases.
- Follow up with potential leads and assist in lead nurturing.
- Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication.
3. Client Communication
- Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and provide basic information about services.
- Schedule and confirm client meetings or calls.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all client interactions.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track pending proposals, invoices, and client follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates to the management about ongoing sales activities.
5. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure internal communication is clear and tasks are executed as per deadlines.
6. Office & Vendor Management
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination (if applicable).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Pay: ₹8,695.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month
