1. Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations (calls, emails, documentation, scheduling).
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and office supplies.
  • Assist management in coordinating meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and maintain professional communication channels.

2. Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Maintain and update client and lead databases.
  • Follow up with potential leads and assist in lead nurturing.
  • Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication.

3. Client Communication

  • Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and provide basic information about services.
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings or calls.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all client interactions.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Track pending proposals, invoices, and client follow-ups.
  • Provide timely updates to the management about ongoing sales activities.

5. Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure internal communication is clear and tasks are executed as per deadlines.

6. Office & Vendor Management

  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination (if applicable).
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,695.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month
