Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor (Female Only) with UAE work experience, preferably in the education sector, and strong knowledge of UK curriculum courses and UK qualification frameworks (such as Level 3–7 qualifications, Ofqual-regulated awarding bodies).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to students, parents, and professionals.
• Conduct meetings with recruitment partners and build long-term partnerships.
• Schedule meetings and counselling sessions with students, parents, and professionals.
• Provide clear guidance about our courses, including UK-recognised qualifications, and assist with course registration.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and report progress to the line manager.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve enrolment targets and organisational goals.

Preferred Experience:

• Sales and Marketing: 1–2 years (Required)
• Education Industry: 1 year (Required)
• UK Qualifications Exposure: Experience handling or counselling for UK Level qualifications, or Ofqual-regulated courses (Preferred)
