Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor serves as the first point of contact for prospective parents, guiding them through the school’s ethos, offerings, and admission process. This role blends interpersonal warmth with administrative precision, ensuring every family feels welcomed and informed while maintaining institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Parent Interaction & Counselling
  • Welcome walk-in and scheduled visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Explain school philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
  • Address queries with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Communication & Follow-ups
  • Make outbound calls to inquiries and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain courteous and timely communication with parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each admission case.
  • Adhere to school policies and regulatory guidelines during the admission process.
  • Coordination & Liaison
  • Collaborate with teachers for trial classes, assessments, or interactions.
  • Coordinate with the admin team for logistics, records, and facility readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with school heads for approvals and updates.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in maintaining admission records, reports, and data logs.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned, including event coordination, inventory checks, or parent orientation sessions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in school admissions or customer-facing roles is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
