Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the admission process, guiding prospective students, and ensuring smooth communication between applicants and the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and data entry in the system.
  • Assist in organizing admission campaigns and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with academic departments regarding student enrollment.
  • Follow up with applicants to ensure timely submission of required documents and fees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in admissions or student counseling will be an advantage.
