Role Overview

Eduhub Institute is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in counselling, admissions, inside sales, or course advisory within the education, professional training, certification, or vocational sectors. The role involves guiding prospective students, supporting them throughout the enrollment process, and contributing to overall student recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective students and actively follow up with qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Provide clear, accurate, and engaging counselling on programs, certifications, and training pathways.
• Guide applicants through the complete admissions, enrollment, and onboarding process.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on follow-ups, conversions, enrollments, and performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an admissions counsellor, inside sales representative, course advisor, or in student recruitment—preferably within an educational or training institution.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in managing inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
