We are looking for a passionate and empathetic School Counselor to join our Faridabad campus and help families make informed decisions about their child’s education.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic and in-person inquiries, explaining school programs and admission processes.
• Maintain and update student data across ERP, UDISE, and internal systems.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads, walk-ins, and admissions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate communication records.
• Support school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for effective lead management and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Education background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.
