ADNOC APPROVED - LIFTING SUPERVISOR

Position: Lifting Supervisor - ADNOC Approved

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting operations on-site in compliance with ADNOC and UAE safety standards.
• Ensure lifting equipment and gear are certified and fit for use.
• Conduct toolbox talks and lifting briefings prior to operations.
• Review lifting plans and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with riggers, crane operators, and safety teams.
• Maintain daily reports and lifting records.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (e.g. ADNOC-approved training).
• Sound knowledge of lifting operations, safety regulations, and permit systems.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret lifting plans and technical drawings.
