We are looking for a talented Ads Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing high-performing ad creatives for digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role demands a strong blend of creativity, marketing understanding, and design expertise to deliver impactful visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and motion creatives for paid ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
• Create visually appealing banners, social media posts, reels, and video ads optimized for performance.
• Stay updated with current design and advertising trends to produce fresh, on-brand creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:
