Job Description

Job Summary:

The Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid media channels). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define target audiences, budget allocation, and bidding strategies for optimal performance.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROI.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize conversions and efficiency.
  • Adjust budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective ad spend.
  • Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, copy).

3. Budget Management & Reporting

  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and meet business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Forecast trends and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

4. Collaboration & Growth Initiatives

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align ads with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Test new ad platforms and strategies to expand reach and improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad tracking tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for reporting and team collaboration.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of improving ROAS and lowering CAC.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
